He probably the most dangerous running QB of all time.

I think Randall Cunningham was close to Jackson, but was a far better passer so running wasn't as necessary for survival.

Nobody was Vick's equal in his prime as far as running ability. He also became a better passer, reader of defenses, etc later in his career, post dog fighting incarceration

I remember Vick vs Florida St. Dude was a one man show. His athletic ability was insane

He also had a ridiculously strong arm. Not great accuracy, but he could sling it.
