All-time favorite Dolphins special teamer

Won't be popular....but Ginn put a spark in the return game for me. Kind of like Jakeem does......just watching for that tiny window bc you know they will not be caught.

Olivier Vernon actually leapt over an opposing player to block something... Didn't he also gangham style it in the end zone at the meadowlands?

His rookie year was sick on special teams.

Can't believe I forgot my SECOND favorite Orangeman (The Zonk will ALWAYS be #1).
Good catch Jakeem!

Thanks brother!!

Syracuse is a great school!!!

Have family members who went and they never miss a Basketball game lol EVER

PHINS UP!!

Reggie Roby, John Denney, Jim "Crash" Jensen and Garo Yepremian are up there in my book. But a little shout-out love for Fulton Walker (RIP) as he has some amazing KO and punt returns for us.

For 3.5 quarters of the SB it was Fulton Walker - he was the majority of our offense in that game setting a record for return yardage in a SB - not just the TD but he had others that got us past our 40 or to midfield. Too bad our O could never take advantage of the field position. The following year in the divisional playoffs vs Seattle - in a rain soaked Orange Bowl - Walker went from SB hero to goat. Seattle went up 24-20 on us late in marino's first playoff game. No worries - plenty of time for Dan to bring us back. Kickoff. Caught by Walker. Fumble. Seattle recovers. Game over? No - defense makes a stand and forces a FG. 27-20 and still some time for Dan. Kickoff. Walker fields it. Fumbles again! Seattle recovers. Game over. Yeah, it's a cruel sport.

My list:

1. Jim Jensen - recovered fumble at very end of half in SB va SF that gave us 3 free points as the half expired. Such a versatile player.

2. John Denny - never has a bad snap.

3. Larry's sieple - his fake punt in the '73 championship game at Pitt may have turned the tide of the game.

4. Leon Lett - thank you for the most wacky turkey day ending to a ball game.

5. Reggie Roby - looked like he could have played LB.

Tony Bua by a long shot. But that's only based on what I have seen personally. I respect Crash Jensen but never saw the man work. Teddy Ginn and Olindo Mare are close seconds. Mostly because Ginn was a Jet killer and Mare was the ontreal stability we have had at Kicker that I feel comfortable with
