Ndamukong Suh has high praise for Charles Harris

Well you can't coach quick and you can't coach work ethic so we are doing swell so far with Harris. Cool. Next up lets hope that our rookie linebacker can cover and our rookie defensive back Tank can tackle.

This guy may not have a blazing fast 40 time but he sure has the required work ethic. I saw on twitter where he was working out with some training organization today doing drills. I have a really good feeling we got what will be one of the best edge rushers in this years draft. Watch your back Andre.

I love the comments on pft. I know what they are going to be before even scrolling down to them. That bills fan was classic. He was obviously being sarcastic but if you read between the lines a lot of what he said was true. His attempt to rip Ajayi is sheer failure as his squad was the one Ajayi did the most damage too.

Only a dumba$$ Bills fans forgets that man ran two 200 yd games on them lol

That must've been great!!

PHINS UP!!

It seemed that Andre stepped up his training as well as others.

There's a great possibility that Harris takes his spot.

He only had 5.5 sacks last year and was decent against the run.

Keeping him was a good idea regardless of the money he got paid. (that's the going rate unfortunately)

Harris will get between 5-8 sacks and by next year playing way more than this year.

When you have a HOF like Suh praising your skills, you're doing something right.

PHINS UP!!!

I still question how he dropped to us in the first? That first step is special and honestly one i immediately compared to Wake when i first saw it and his spin move is also very special!! Two traits rarely seen even at this level in a college pass rusher at a now all time high premium position. So again i said wont be there!! Now to learn this kids work ethic, non stop motor, and passion to be the best we could end up with two of the top players in back to back years. I havent been this impressed with a first round pick in years and that is including Tunsil who i believe has hof potential!

"Don't get caught up in his numbers this year. He just didn't mesh with what they asked him to do. He's also got to be coachable and I think he may have fought the changes a little too much. What I saw in 2015 is what I think he's going to be." NFC North regional scout

His breakout season came in 2015, as he garnered second-team All-SEC honors after leading the conference with 18.5 tackles for loss (seven sacks). League coaches voted him second-team all-conference again in 2016 (12 tackles for loss, nine sacks), despite his team's poor 4-8 season.

Yeah as ever heard of agree to disagree?!

Why did Marino and Tunsil to drop us? Rodgers drop to the Packers? Moss drop to the Vikings?...stupid rumors, and execs overthinking things.

Though he proves to be an exceptional pass-rusher, against the run, he is the polar opposite. Yet GMs forgot to check a few more things, kid is extremely coachable, has heart, and he has the drive to become better at all cost, and work necessary to reach that point.

Honestly everyone talks about the kIds work ethic and thats all i wanna hear this time of the year.
The kid wants to play football

Well we already knew Harris had the physical gifts like a vicious first step. But it's always good to hear they young ones have the needed work ethic, coachability, and burning desire to become the best. That's when draft picks start realizing their potential.
Just being around successful people like Suh helps to inspire rookies to not only be good but be exceptionally good. The best.

I was on the fence about Charles Harris, once it became known, just prior to the draft, he was one of the players Miami was focused on. I was caught off guard by the F/O being enamored by him; thinking he wasn't the prototypical 4-3 DE, in the mold of JT, Chris Dolman and Charles Hayley. I under valued him because of his size, lack of ability against the run and his underwhelming final year in college. But, as I began to read more about him, it became apparent he has an immense desire to be the best, a serious will to improve and the unrelentless grit and determination to dominate his position. There is something to be said about talent alone, but in so many cases, in sports, a player becomes one of the best due to his heart, unmatched desire and a never ending motor. Charles Harris in such a short period of time, although before the real games begin; has been what seems to be sensational!!!! I got nervous during the last few days of mini camp, after reading a tweet from Omar, figuring it is the kiss of death, about how Harris has stood out and could be something special? But everyone in Miami has taken notice of Mr. Charles Harris, let's hope he continues his journey and turns the NFL on its ears and dominates from the very start.
