Or we keep him in case we put another lb on IR or someone decides to take a plane ride rather than playing in a game.
I love the emphasis on Special Teams, but that kind of motivation/reward seems a little amateurish to me. Anyone aware of other professional teams that have such perks?

Remember the NFL is a young man's game. Our core of special teamers are young players and think this also has a motivational/reward purpose. Pretty sure the players get hyped when the Big Show comes around during training camp. I don't think anything else could work as well a shiny belt like this. I like it, albeit a bit corny.
Just my 2 cents.

The only thing that looks football ready in that pic are the cleats. Good Lord i had no idea he looked that bad. How did he pass his physical??
