Chase Allan...Sleeper of 2017?

From their keyboards to GOD's ears. I like the kid a lot. I'm a glass half full kinda guy, so I say he develops along with a healthy McMillan plus Anthony being able to grasp the playbook. Would it be possible for those three to be on the field together? I sure would hope so. Those three have a lot of talent, each in their own regard.
the 3 of them in a base? I doubt it, Kiko isn't getting benched anytime soon

Yeah I know, but I was more thinking about the future possibilities. They're all young. My thoughts were more about '18 & '19. Far off but we've been waiting for years for a COMPLETE LBing core. Wishful thinking I know.

He definitely has some flaws and most certainly shouldn't be starting already....but damn if it isn't nice finally watching a LB with some physicality for a change in Miami.

If he can cover, he'll start until his rookie contract is up.

With those measurables he sounds perfect to cover TE's.

Looks like Chase will only get a few more games before Timmons comes back
And now with Anthony here Allen may not get another snap. Hope he impressed with what he has done in his one game.

Fact the he started week 1 and didn't s**t the bed as an undrafted rookie and those measureables I feel good about this guy. Worst case a backup linebacker who can play special teams and start in a pinch. Valuable.

Anthony isn't even practicing yet. What are you thinking?
I'm thinking they made the move now to get him into the game. We typically use nickel more than base, so we will deploy 2 LB's. Wasn't sure whether they were going to play Allen. At most he's probably got 1 more week to prove he can fill the void. When Timmons comes back, he's definitely not seeing time. Anthony is likely to play some this week and probably more time than Allen by next week. So, that's what I'm thinking.

Dude Anthony is practicing....

I know we just went for no LB to decent to hurt/no LBs to hurt/AWOL/no LBs but what about switching to 3-4 if everyone comes back solid and healthy next year? Do these guys fit into a 3/4? Kwon and a productive chase Allen and Timmons plus kiko in the mix
