Let's talk about the upcoming game this week shall we...

Our defense is a much different group than the one the Jets saw last game. There won't be wide open WR's and TE's immediately on every play this time around.

The Jets will play the same on defense. Stack the box, get up in the WR's faces and not worry in the slightest about the deep ball, or anything over 15 yards for that matter.

We won't do a damn thing on offense if Gase doesn't open the playbook and dial up some long balls. Even if that happens and wr's are open deep Cutler has shown nothing to suggest he will hit the target, but it's our best chance as we simply will not win trying to pound the rock and throwing 20 passes within 5 yards of the LOS.

My gut tells me we win this game but it will 've another close ugly win, and may depend on some defensive takeaways. What do you guys think?

Won't be easy, especially if we have a slow start on offense again. QB has to be better. OL has to continue to improve. And I would love it if our special teams could contribute with a TD like last year.

Going to need all 3 phases of the game to be solid in order for us to win. The Jets are coming off a loss where they feel they were robbed, so they will be fired up.

This is a must win. No excuses.

Can't let a team with Josh McCown starting at QB score in your building. The defense is a peak condition right now, and the d-line should be T'ing off.

I don't wanna live in a world where the Jets can bust out the broom, especially since they TRIED SO HARD to get the #1 draft pick this season.

But I sill hold out hope Gase meant to lose to the Jets to foil their plans, once again! Super Gase!

it's never easy to beat those guys. The O-line will be the key. Last time we played them our O-line played like crap and got pushed around all game. We need to get Ajayi and Cutler both going and it'd be nice if Parker can play.

Ozzy rules!!

I agree that Gase needs to open the playbook. These are professional players, they should have no problem running any play. The Jets will definitely stack the box because Ajayi is our offense. First play needs to be a play action and throw it deep to back the Jets off. But, Cutler has pitiful accuracy. It is rare to see Cutler plant his feet and step into a throw. Cutler has really made me miss Tannehill.

**** the Jets!

That’s right! **** the Jets and Cheaters! Man, I was hoping that they what tie this past weekend.

In the last game the Jets used a 3 CB, 3 Safety, 2 LB scheme against Miami and it worked. Miami needs to be able to counter that, this time around. The NY papers were all over that story, after the last game, with Jamal Adams stating he approached his coach About the idea to use that scheme.

Hmmm ... Let's see. My normal thoughts toward this opponent:

**** those rotten, slimy, herpes-infested, chicken-raping, green sons of bitches in a variety of assholes with a thirteen-inch-wide, razor coated pineapple.

Other than that, I hope sportsmanship prevails. :laugh

Two teams feeling pretty good about themselves right now.

Shaping up to be much more difficult a task than I expected pre season.

Miami better account for Austin seferian Jenkins. He's doing work
