I really hope that this game was the proverbial straw that breaks this camel's back.
Though it is completely overdue in my opinion, I don't think he's going anywhere. The defensive stats are good overall, it's just the collapses when the game is on the line that kill us. Look at the second half of every game this year, our defense got gashed, especially in the fourth quarter.
You might be right...If we lose to Louisville, we may not even be bowl eligible. At this point, if be shocked if we beat Louisville. What a disaster!

If you lose to Louisville you have to win out to make it to 6 games. With a game @Clemson that is highly unlikely.
Yep, losing that game to the hurricane early in the year has really screwed us as has losing to the Hurricanes on Saturday. Maybe missing a bowl game will prompt them to fire Charles Kelly because he's directly responsible for the losses to Miami and NCST. We could have given Blackman an easy game to get his feet wet but Irma killed that or whichever hurricane it was. NCST is a tough game for a first start.

You are not giving the Canes enough credit. If that game would have been played on the original date the Canes D would have eaten Blackman for lunch. That extra game gave Blackman enough extra experience to look decent against the Canes.
You very well could be right but having three patsies to prepare for FSU couldn't have hurt. Either way, enjoy the victory and run the board. Don't get a big head and **** the bed like Louisville did last year. Bring the NC trophy home to Florida where it belongs.

No doubt the three patsies helped us as well. But I think the odds when a young new defense plays a freshman QB in his first start would still lay with the young new defense.
There will be no NC for the Canes, not even an ACC Championship. This team is still to young and inexperienced. Winning the Coastal and getting to the ACC Final should be the goal and is probably as far as they will go. The next game will be very telling for the Canes.
Clemson is bad ass, no doubt. I wouldn't be shocked at all at a three-peat of an Alabama- Clemson NC. I would still rather keep it in Florida but another ACC NC would be just fine. At least Miami finally has a great coach.

I'm glad we aren't alone. I knew we weren't crazy in thinking he was killing us.
You guys better watch out. Our defense is coming to Tallahassee this weekend to hit you with our purses. Of course they'll then apologize for hitting you with their purses and offer you a tissue and a mint.
