If Gase thinks about putting Cutler in again.......

I doubt Gase will re-insert Cutler after this win for next week. And I doubt if Moore continues to play well beyond that Cutler will be the starter. However I trust in Gase, not Matt Moore.

Gase is waaay to prone to clinging to former player colleagues. He isn't going to hang Cutler out to dry. I can see him making an "injury" decision. "If we weren't on a short turnaround, I would have Jay in but we need every day of practice and Jay will miss one or two with his ribs. So I have to go with Matt". Something like that.

Matt isn't a long term starting QB. He's been wasting a backup spot in Miami for years because he was never going to be relied on to start.

But he performed well today and he has always been way ahead of a disinterested and shoddy Jay Cutler. The handover has to happen and I leave it to Gase to do it in the most diplomatic way he can.

Everyone around Matt Moore looked like a hungrier faster more physical player. The silly drops that we lead the league in stopped. We moved right down the field and won the game in spite of an awful throw Moore made.

Yup even Ajayi had some good runs

It really depends on how the team truly feels about Cutler, we can make assumptions all we want, but we just dont know... And you have to consider the bigger picture with how this affects future FA aquisitions. Im not saying starting Moore from here on out isnt a good decision, just that you have to do your home work before making such a decision...

Moore has his issues but he just plays with so much more energy. Cutler plays and looks like a sloth.

Totally different offense with Moore. And the stadium was rocking.

I actually don't buy the "everybody plays with more energy when Moore is in!" argument. Moore simply gives our playmakers many, many more chances to make plays than Cutler does. Cutler does nothing, he just wastes plays, which is why you get shutouts and you only see sustained drives when the other team commits penalties or Ajayi starts running over guys.

He better not put cutler back in at this point. Cutler's offense is beyond lethargic

You don’t agree with the argument, then goes and gives reasons why it’s an argument.

Good job! Lol

And if you think that doesn't annoy his teammates, you're nuts. If you think a QB doing the opposite doesn't motivate his teammates, then you're still nuts.

The beauty of sticking with Moore is we have a built-in pressure release valve when Moore gets too trigger happy. He's called Jay Ajayi. We can just run the ball until Moore dials it back.

Umm... I'm saying that everybody isn't trying harder just because the guy they like is in the game... my argument is that Moore simply gives them many more opportunities to make plays through his own play, where Cutler gives them close to nothing and thus their production severely drops because they simply have none of those opportunities.

Moore reminds me of Favre, without the big arm. Ballsie, but will make mistakes.
