Name The ONE Thing Gase Can Do

I'll tell you what he can start by doing, how about find a new job ASAP, we have way underachieved this season, this team is too damn talented, to be putting in the clown show that is THIS SEASON. Ryan Tannehill or not, this team has turned into hot garbage. The buck stops at Mr. Gases door imo.
 
I am still hoping that Coach Gase can learn from his mistakes, grow, and become that Head Coach that we are seeking. He needs to manage the team and get away from play calling.

We have plenty of talent on this team, our coaching staff just isnt getting it out of them.

Yes, we have holes, just like any other team, but we have enough talent to compete.

Unfortunately we have zero talent at the most important position on the team and it is infecting everyone else.

That's the easy answer......fire Gase but they offer no other plans to drag new coaches in here every 2 years.
 
I agree with the OP.

Julius Thomas shouldn't be on the field and I was a big proponent of his acquisition.

The thought of one more jump ball going his way instead of Parker's will cause me to have an aneurysm.

Show me evidence of looking for and setting up mismatches. Show me evidence of 1Q adjustments. Either would help a lot.
 
Have a game plan in place before the game starts, rather than trying to figure one out at halftime.
