Reason #47 why I heart Jimmy Johnson for his days as the Canes HC

He got rid of Olivadotti :thumbsup

I had forgetten that

We move to #2 in the playoffs ranking. I'd rather be behind Clemson but the good news is at #2 even with a close loss to Clemson we may get in.

Better to win out and leave no doubt :thumbsup

I agree.
One more game (@PITT) and then our playoff season begins with the ACC Championship game. Exciting times. We have waited such a long time.

Some recruiting updates (looking good) and an interview with our future full back. Yes we will have a true big boy there next season for those 3rd and 1's or around the goal line. As you guys know we have been using a TE or offensive lineman in those situations this year.

In addition to our Canes winning tomorrow I want Florida to win Saturday. They are facing FSU in the Florida stinky-swamp-and-mud-bowl.

At 4-6 and just one game left the Gators already missed the 6-win mark for a bowl game. They would finish 5-6. FSU has still two games left and at 4-6 with the last game against Monroe they still could make a bowl game.

Undefeated season for the Canes; FSU and UF no bowl games - oh what a year.

Game day! Many questions about this game....

Which Rosier will be starting today?
How many appearances will the chain make?
Will my ulcer get a break today?

:D

How about this....??
The second-ranked Hurricanes are the highest-ranked team Pitt has hosted at Heinz Field in 16 years. The last team ranked that highly? Miami, which was ranked No. 1 when the teams met on Sept. 27, 2001. The Hurricanes went on to win that game 43-21, finished the year 12-0 and won the national championship.

Leftover turkey sandwiches and Canes football. Doesn't get any better than this
