So here are the 5 players selected before Grant: Tyrone Holmes,, Keenan Reynolds, Devante Boyd, Jerell Adams and DeAndre Houston-Carson.
And the 5 players selected after: Nate Sudfield, David Morgan, Anthony Brown, Josh Forrest and Jake Rudock.

Are there two players on that list that are clearly more impactfull than Grant? My point is Grant is on par or even more impactfull than most players selected in his range in 2016 so it's hard to call him a bust. If I had a choice of those 11 players today I would likely still take Grant.
I never heard of any of those guys.

In his first preseason I posted that he was overrated as return man but dangerous from scrimmage. I'll stick with that but naturally we're too scared to use him from scrimmage in games that actually matter.

Apparently we're saving him for next August and raves from Stockton, Nat Moore and Bob Griese. They can remind us who pushed for Grant to be drafted.

That's sort of my point. If Grant hasn't made an impact after a year and a half in the league he's on par with most of the other players selected in his range, not a bust. Grant is only a bust to those fans who placed unrealistic expectations on him in the first place.

I think that Grant is not at all a bust. His best is yet to come. Vote now.

:)
he has one job. Miami is also guilty of not using him right. he should be in the slot lined up with a LB and throwing to him in space. But Gase refuses

I would label Davante Parker a bust. He was picked high and certainly has not lived up to expectations. Grant on the other hand at least appears to be a more resilient/durable player.

Yes I’m agreeing w you. Need to get the ball in his hands on O.

The kid has been in the league a whopping 2 years and already he is a bust?........unbelievable.

R6 and R7 are where teams can take chances. Grant was one of those. Doesn't help Gase can't envision ONE play/mismatch in 1p games where Grant may be useful

All I know is when I watch other teams play they always seem to have a better kick returner than Grant

Complete and utter bust in my opinion. He's never going to be a weapon on offense and he's absolutely terrifying for all the wrong reasons as a returner.

A sixth round pick cannot be a 'bust'. He's just not very good (awful hands) and does not appear to be very sharp unless he's being told to bring the ball out of the endzone all the time.

Grant being a buffoon on kick returns isn't a solo issue. Does everyone forget that Damien Williams would "attempt" to run it out every time?

How hard is it to count to 4 and if you don't have the ball, don't come out?

This has to fall at the feet of Rizzi.

Yea Grant started worrying about fumbling the ball and forgot how to run.

Well, that's your opinion, and it's certainly not definitive, so you really shouldn't state it like it is. And it appears more people take my opinion.

One of the most annoying aspects of this season is the lack of use for Grant and Asiata. Grant can be dynamite on kick returns, but with the current rules it's just too easy to kick the ball out of the endzone when a team has a threat like that.

Miami needs to get him some touches on offense.
