It is just unbelieveable what this team does

This is where thread titles come in handy. You usually can tell if it's a thread you want to read before you ever open it, so this is really on you.

Doesn’t that assume the OP “appropriately” named the title per the content? Are you suggesting that those two are perfectly the same 100% of the time?

Maybe Amendola knows what a route tree is and how to run it? Maybe, having worked for Bellecheat, he knows he has to know the playbook cold? Maybe he can read a D and run the proper route? Maybe that makes him worth the money!

Let this man be mad, stop trying to Dr.Phil him, maybe venting on this site is one of the ways fans cope with their frustration. Do we tell the perpetually Valium people to stop being so optimistic about every move?

When will you people learn there must always be a balance, a message board with 100% negativity or 100% positivity is no bueno.

I suspect most here don't like 100% negativity *OR* 100% positivity. Most here seem nuanced. "Tanney SHOULD be healthy," "Landry's targets will be spread around," or "they Should be better because the young guys are experienced." Negative nuance? Yup. "Still no cover LB." The problem is those who are 100% negative or 100% positive - no ability to see (or admit) to anything not inside their blinders.

ARE there positives? Oh yeah. Negatives? More than people like to admit. Personally, it seems there are more doom and gloomers than the pie in the sky group, but I've no statistical evidence. Regardless, it's a new season, the roster is incomplete, and quite a few players are wait and see. That's where I am - guardedly optimistic, but not blind to the negative possibilities. Those in the middle are the sane voices I tend to consider most knowledgeable.

When i saw who the OP was i knew it was going to be a downer/ negative/ the dolphins suck theme. Gave it a chance... leaving not surprised.

This seemed like a fitting thread for this....

I was just looking at the Reshad Jones restructure. Another head-scratcher. First they extend a soon-to-be, 30 year old player and turn around the following year and restructure.

He now carries a $17M cap hit in 2019 at age 31. $15M at age 32. Locked in for two years and would still carry an $8M dead hit in 2020 and $4M in 2021.

I love Jones but this is just assign and I don't care how much space they have next year.
