CRITIQUE AWAY...

No need to cut carpenter. He had a down year but has always been money for us since we've had him

I just don't get the feeling we are going to get THAT many free agents...Jennings and maybe one other hyped free agent. I know it will cost to resign all those guys but I believe we will. Darick Rodgers has character issues,so I'm sure we will go in another direction at receiver, but I love it overall

you could also say DeAndre Hopkins at WR from Clemson in 2nd.. Just basically a deep threat receiver 2nd 2nd round pick.. i tried to make it realistic

---------- Post added at 09:44 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:43 PM ----------

we did only sign 3 starters in FA so I think it's possible

I like that you added the seam TE early and Barret Jones too, but i don't think Jones will be there in the 2nd and you can add a seam TE in the 2nd or 3rd. I would like an elite pass rush talent like Dion Jordan/Bjorn Werner/DaMontre something, Tex A&M.
So mine would look like this:
Draft
1) Dion Jordan DE Oregon
2a) Robert Woods USC or Justin Hunter Tenn. WR- Both TREMENDOUS upside with potential to fall to 2nd
2b) Zach Ertz TE Stanford (or bpa seam TE)
3a) Xavier Rhodes CB/FS FSU
3b) Arthur Brown OLB KSU (top prep prospect, played for best Defense most of year, brother is rookie sensation Bryce Brown (Philly Eagles.
4) Bacarri Rambo FS/SS Georgia (R. Jones teammate, played together for years)

yeahI agree but Eifert is head over heals better than Ertz from Stanford and Fauria UCLA if Brandon Jenkins comes back healthy he would be a steal 3rd round. I thought he was a top5 pick before he got hurt.

I never understood the point of doing a team specific mock draft. I mean, I can sit here and say...

1st: WR Keenan Allen
2nd: DE Dion Jordan
2nd: CB Dee Milliner
3rd: LB Manti Teo
3rd: OG Chance Warmack

Unrealistic? Maybe. But you dont have any evidence suggesting otherwise. Point is, if I'm seeing the players one team picked, I want to see what other teams picked. How did this player fall to us? Did we pass on this player, or was he already taken?

mock drafts are a joke now especially more than one round without free agency for all teams.. thats why I did it for the Dolphins

Wow mock adrianbello360! I pray every gout that we draft this dude, 6"6 250, fast as ****! And what I love most about him is he can cover THE SLOT. OMG the things you can do on D with him, hopefully nobody notices him lol

5) Ryan Swope WR Tex A&M
6) Tyrann Mathieu CB ex-LSU (Honeybadger) Probably not this far down in draft, great flyer pick though
^^> OR BEST AVAIABLE OLINEMAN
7) BPA @ position of need: I honestly don't know all the prospects yet

Also to add to my draft above:
Dolphins have about $50 mill cap space to work with, if they restructure D. Patterson (CB picked up from waivers) opens up to 55.5 million

Resign :
Bush 3 yrs-5 mill each
Hartline 4 yrs -3.5mill
S. Smith 4 yrs- 4.5 mill
Starks 3 yrs - 5.5 mill
Thigpen 3 yrs - 1.5 mill
OT N. Garner 2 yrs - 2 mill
CB Patterson 3 yrs 1.5 mill (restructuring his deal opens up another 4 mill cap space)
QB Devlin 3 yrs - 1 mill

Unrestricted FAs :
Greg Jennings WR 4 yrs - 6 mill (other than this year, durable, dependable, hard worker with great skill set. Familiar with Philbins offense, adds marketable player. I can go on and on. He may be older than Wallace or Bowe, but is by far best fit.)
Andy Levitre G 4 yrs - 4 mill Great inside Pulling guard from Bills. One reason Spiller/f. Jackson have huge holes to run in
Brandon Albert T 2 yrs- 2 mill
Greg Toler CB 3 yrs - 4 mill
Micheal Johnson DE/OLB 4 yrs - 4 mill CIN Bengals -same frame as Dion Jordan... two 6'7'' pash rushers with Vernon AND WAKE... :0

That adds up to 44.5 mill. With 11 mill left to sign rookies

Makin our Depth chart to look like this :

QB : Tannehill - Devlin
RB : Bush - L. Miller - D. Thomas - M. Thigpen
FB : J. Lane - C. Clay
WR : Jennings - Hartline - Bess - J. Hunter OR R. Woods - R. Swope - R. Matthews
TE : Z. Ertz - C. Clay - M. Egnew
OL : LT- J. Martin - N. Garner. LG - Incognito - Rookie. C - Pouncey - J. Samuda RG - Andy Levitre - Brandon Albert
RT - J. Jerry - Brandon Albert

FS - Clemons - Rambo
SS - R. Jones - J. Wilson
CB - S. Smith - G. Toler - R. Marshall (Nickel, his best strength)- T. Mathieu - N. Carroll
I may have focused on secondary a lot but in this passing lg it's very important.
ILB - Dansby - Spitler
OLB - Burnett - Misi - A. Brown - D. Jordan/Micheal Johnson
DT - Starks - Soliai - Odrick
DE - Wake - D. Jordan - M. Johnson - O. Vernon

K - P - Carpenter, Fields
Return - Thigpen - Mathieu

I obviously understand that thinking ALL this would happen is a stretch, BUT it isn't unrealistic...
Coach Philbin is taking this team in the right direction. We know it, the media knows it, and most importantly the PLAYERS know it. They want to come to an up and coming contender, and I for one am extremely excited for this upcoming off season and next yr!

And I always think of when the Pats played the Giants, and their pass rush was impeccable, I want that for our team

LOVE TO HEAR CRITQUE AND TALK FINS!!!

Also, how about the new logo???

brandon albert is twice the player jake long is 2 million a year will never happen swope and mathieu will be gone well before 5th and 6th rounds. I would like Michael Johnson signing but i think he resigns

yeah i couldnt think of a decent tackle at an affordable price. so I plugged his name there
And hopefully M. Johnson at least hears offers, because I know Ireland will offer him a contract. He embodies what Ireland looks for: size, power and speed
and they would also need a CB and i can put money on it that we will grab at LEAST two WR's this draft and most likely sign one in FA

I would love the signing of Johnson and I hope they sign Derek Cox CB From Jags
