Richard Marshall and Gaffney should both be ready to go after the buy and that will give us much needed help in both departments. Say what u want about Marshall but he still adds veteran depth and leadership in that secondary and maybe we have him play his natural nickel position, but it will definitely help to have him and Gaffney.

Marshall is better suited to play FS but at this point we certainly can use the help at CB. None of us know how Gaffney is going to play at this point. He's been on and off hurt throughout the offseason and into the season and he's learning a new system. We can only hope him and Tannehill gel over the next 2 weeks and he provides something for us at WR. I'm not expecting a huge impact from Gaffney but I think he'll be a big factor than all of the other WR's not named Bess or Hartline. He should definitely be an upgrade over Legadu.

Going into the Jets game the big focus will be getting the run defense back on track and putting pressure on Dirty Sanchez.
