5 Keys to Victory:

1. Running Game needs to control the clock. Our run game needs to show up in a big way. We have to limit the number of chances the Pats get on O.

2. Special Teams needs to show up in a BIG way. The Pats have one of the best STs year in and year out and this year is no different. Edelman may not play so that helps a little.

3. D-Line needs to Dominate. For as great as the Pats are passing they are almost equally as good running it. They average about 144 yards per game and it is a big weapon. Also, OBVIOUSLY we need to get after Brady.

4. Halftime Adjustments. Billacheat is the best in the business when it comes to in game adjustments. Philbin has shown he is not too shabby himself thus far. We need to make sure we don’t get out coached in the 2nd half.

5. Tannehill must play a SMART/SAFE game and make a play here and there. While I love the idea of going toe to toe with Brady, Tannehill is not ready for that kind of a shootout. The Colts tried to do it with Luck and he got smoked (2 picks sixes). Billacheat is known for giving Rookie QBs a hard time with his complex D and if Tannehill tries to shoot it out with Brady, expect a few INTs and probably a loss.

Unfortunately with the way the Pats offense is playing a shoot out might be our only shot. We still have to lean heavily on the running game, but if Tannehill doesn't do something special i don't think we can win

Sorry to say this bro but... no **** sherlock!!!

scratch all that off and just put "get to Brady" often, and rattle him.

Its simple, you gotta go after brady, if u dont get any pressure on him he will eat you alive with hernandez and welker. We have to get a lead and maintain the lead, makin the pats play catch up and hope it leads to mistakes like it usually does with us. When you bring the blitz, bring the house, its either u get to him or u dont because if u blitz only a few and it gets picked up like it did in seattle, were toast.

If he is forced into a shootout then fine, it is what it is. But doing something special doesn't mean we have to have a shoot out. He can make some nice plays here and there or lead a 2 min offense to win a game. Those would still be special but not be shootouts.

Respectfully disagree. We need to show up on all 3 phases of the game. The Pats embarrassed us and won on STs and D in 2010. Wake was all over Brady in that game and we actually did pretty good on Defense (Moss had 0 catches, Misi had a sack, Langford tore it up). The Pats can win with all 3 phases of the game, which is why they are so dangerous.

I agree with this. If we can get a running game, this will help Miami a lot, if we can get some pressure on Brady, our chances will get much better, but when all is done, Tannehill is going to have to do some very special things.....he looked really good in the 4th against a MUCH better defense this past week, then what he will see this coming week, so asking Tannehill to be special this week is not out of the question.

be nice if our defense could score for once in a longgggggggggggggggggggggggggg time !
also we need to get turnovers ,another something our defense hasnt done for a while ,or with any regularity

special teams need to stop the big time return which has crept in!

i feel we will be able to move the ball ok against them , but can we be red hot in the redzone , fg`s wont win it for us we need td`s and a few of them

The pressure should be #1, if Brady is not feeling comfortable, it will end up being their running game against or run defense, and our offense against their not very good defense.

Miami getting turnovers, let alone scoring on defense will be a tough, but Miami scoring TDs instead of FGs I believe will be very doable.

it has now been over 4 games since the last turnover we forced on defense. 281 defenisve snaps. Un-believable. That needs to change on Sunday.

Also a turnover comparison between the Patriots and the Dolphins in the last 4 games.

NE has forced 14 turnovers in the last 4 games. (Counting the butt fumble, not really forced)

Miami has forced 0 turnovers in the last 4 games.

Things have to eventually even out you would think. We are due and they have been getting the bounces.

They hang at least 35 on us, we can't compete unless the defense pitches in. They say it's how you finish, and this is the final stretch.
