Enjoy Dolphans, we could of had Manziel..
Stupid post. Manziel? Lmfao dude get out
Yep lets predict our record after one pick, good god
That's some crappy handwriting on that draft card. Looks like some deranged muther wrote that up.
Our real franchise QB will finally have the protection he deserves with a true LT, RT, and C. Gonna be fun.

Obviously the people in our FO are all on drugs.
The Dolphins motto should be...
HAha.. If we had Manziel good luck winning 3 games let alone 7, son... Manziel = Brady Quinn
We reached for a Cornfed we could have had at 35 if we trade back.. Johnny is special but doesn't for what we need now. Although it would have been very interesting if we took him.. Let's hope we get Robinson or Jordan Matthews next
Trying to hard to troll....subtlety goes a long way
These people will never get it, how do you preach BPA and then draft the second best lineman on a one of the worst lines in the SEC? Everyone is saying it's a safe pick when in reality it's a dumb REACH. We could of filled the seats, and had a QB who could make some actual plays.. I'm so upset right now..
WE picked way too early but IT is what it is and we can't change the past. LEts just hope he plays better than he writes.
PS- Hickey better make up for this tomorrow.
Not as good as the drugs 50%of the posters on this board are on. and those who wanted Manziel got ahold of some amazing **** the government concocted.

Agreed. We should have dropped back. With that being said we took every second which tells me we absolutely did try to drop back but couldnt find a trade partner thus we chose who we did. There really isnt any other way to spin it.
your right we could have had manziel.... he woulda sucked at RT
1) it isnt a reach unless you trade up. Even moreso if thats the guy you wanted all the long (Ie. some will say we reached for R in 2012 however we wanted him and did not trade up for him thus he was not a reach, by definition), it isnt a reach.
2)IF James was BPA on our draft board he was not a reach, again by definition. Not saying he was IMO but if he was on Hickeys draft board then it was the right call.
Every team in the division has outclassed in free agency and now the draft! Besides Branden Albert, this team is going backwards! Look what the Jets and Bills have done in the offseason and the draft... they blow us away! The Patriots will get another solid pick perhaps Marquis Lee.... I hate being an alarmist but this team is screwed and Hickey is unimpressive! FARMER from Cleveland is IMPRESSIVE! That's how you run a WAR ROOM not this clown show that we have had for the last 15 years!
You forgot to add, "and at QB".
I don't agree with the Manziel statement, but the prediction is pretty accurate. Maybe generous with this schedule.
No question about it, Dennis Hickey is Joe Phiblins pawn guarenteed. Manziel > T - Hill watch and see ladies.
No, it means he was a reach and our front office blows, by definition.
Wjat did the Jets do in the offseason again (awesome they got a QB who cant thorw the ball to a WR who had PM throwing to him-lets see how that panned out)? Bills let Byrd go.. The draft Bills and Jets had good picks. What have they done in the offseason again?
If you're Manizel's agent you should realize he's in Cleveland now. If Miami finishes 7-9 this year it's better than anything Cleveland has done recently.
Sammy Watkins? Smh..
Well, you know, theres always the Jets and Bills that you can go support being they are the seeming paper champs of the offseason and draft...
Good point actually.
I refuse to get pissed off even though I made a thread 10 hours ago clearly advising against this course of action. But that was before the draft fell the way that it fell.
If any single one of Mosley, Shazier, Martin, Beckham, Fuller, Ebron, Pryor fell then I think this pick is much different. As far as I am concerned the players I ultimately wanted at 19 were gone at all positions. I had convinced myself leading up to 19 that I liked Lee and that HaHa was a fit, but in reality the need at RT outweighed the upside of any of the remaining players.
I am behind the pick if this is the man to keep Tannehill out of the dirt. I love what I saw from both Gibson and Matthews last year and look forward to their progression with Tannehill after throwing together all off-season. Adding a big target like Bryant or Moncrief or even Benjamin at 50 would, I think successfully fill two needs with two upside players.
The problem is, don't talk about drafting BPA then draft based on needs. THEN on top of everything, you pass on the trade down with the saints a pick later for an extra 3rd rounder? I have no idea who or what is running the draft process of this franchise but it again sucked. Ted Ginn Jr. type of pick. James will NEVER be a pro bowl level talent, he can't slide to the left has NO run blocking and terrible footwork. I would of been more happy with the guard from ucla.
Have you seen the new Bills receiving corp? Mike Williams,Sammy Watkins, Stevie Johnson, Robert Woods and CJ Spiller! I believe the Bills swept us last season! Chris Johnson has eaten us up the last couple times we played them and they have a young and top ten defense! Hello????
James was the best RT in the draft and started there for four frigging years in the SEC. MIA fans of all people should know that college LTs often suck if they have to switch sides to RT in the pros. Remember one Jonathan Martin???
If James gives Tannehill just one second or so more to throw than Clabo, the pick adds two wins to MIAs season. That is how many wins Clabo personally cost MIA last year.
Tannehill should be celebrating tonight.
God I hate this site sometimes. smdh
He would of been there in the second, or we could of traded down with the saints and got him in the first with an EXTRA 3rd rounder.
Yeah yeah, the usual "You don't like the ****ty decisions our team makes so go root for the other ****ty teams that keep beating us!1!" schtick. If you like ****ty moves so much, you can always go root for...well, the Phins. Welcome aboard.
The Dolphins needed to draft and sign O-Lineman b/c of Ireland's ****ty drafting his whole career in Miami. Or do you dispute this?
Threads like this one is the reason why I thoroughly enjoy the option of the ignore list. Enjoy your wallowing JMart650.
An injury prone left tackle and two first round picks on the OL. How's the RB and WR position looking though?
I feel so handicapped. I'm somewhat angry but this is exactly what I expected from these buffoons. OF COURSE they would draft yet another first round OL. Times change, GMs change, coaches, players, and owners change and it's still a third world team.
Preach it Brotha. Don't the stupid fans realize we only gave up 58 sacks last year. Can't believe Hickey drafted us a RT who's pass protection is NFL ready and who will start from day one. Completely asinine, huh.
