This is what irks the ish out of me.........

At the Dolphins' final quarterback school, the veteran leaders spoke to the squad, and Williams, who was in better shape than ever this spring and summer, talked of how important this season was to him.

But apparently Williams was already telling other friends that he planned to retire at the end of the year. If that was the case, why not inform the team that traded two No. 1 picks and bailed him out of an unpleasant situation in New Orleans?

Why did he feel the need to make such a speech and address the team that way when in reality he was feeling the exact opposite and not wanting to be there?

He's sick in the head.
