Miami's pro-day workout was not open to the media, but there were reports that Henderson quit late in the workouts. However, his agent, David Levine, told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel that Henderson "went there intent to do the bench and position drills, but his competitive spirit took over and he did a full combine. At the end of the workout he got dehydrated, started getting a super bad headache, felt like he was going to throw up and didn't do the last two O-line drills."
Henderson might be at the very top of the "buyer beware" list in this draft. He has the potential to be a dominant lineman, but he also could be a wasted draft pick. Given his baggage, a team is taking an unnecessary risk if it selects him before the third day (Rounds 4-7) of the draft.

If we thought John Jerry was bad this guy is much worst. He has so much potential but no drive what so ever. Go play for the Jets Seantrel.

Boy...this guy has gotten every chance in the world and has thrown them all away. A few months ago, I thought he might be a steal in the 4th or 5th round. Now I wouldn't waste a roster spot on him as an UDFA.

The guy's 350 lbs Thump. He probably worked out just to get a free meal.

Good, he might be there in the 7th now. Low risk high reward kind of pick.

Agree with taking him in the 7th. The guy needs to be toughened up. Maybe Incog can be brought back as a life coach?

He'll never be there in the 7th. Needle was moving upward until this situation. Some projections had Henderson into the 2nd and all were no later than 3rd or 4th. This episode might drop him one round but that's it. To believe 7th round is equivalent to asserting that Jonathan Martin would never play in the league again. Not everybody is going to overreact to the extreme.

Henderson is not as athletic as advertised coming out of high school. He has trouble with speed to the edge and quick counter moves. Legs can get stuck. Tends to get comfortable when the opponent is doing the same thing time and again, and then gets beaten badly when there's a sudden adjustment, either by the same player or a replacement. Van Noy made him look ridiculous on his first snap against Henderson in the Senior Bowl, after Henderson had adjusted well to Dee Ford.

Still a good prospect but can only play right tackle. All the so-called red flags are minor issues. They look worse in total than they really are. Some team will be rewarded if he's available in the 4th or lower.

Eh, idk.. I've read some articles that have even said he's off some teams boards completely. This might have dropped him off a few as well. I think the earliest he will be picked now would be 5th... 7th is possible.

Poor guy, something is clearly wrong with him. Has a golden ticket and can't even get motivated to cash it.

Sheesh...

This guy has done just about everything possible to not get drafted.

From his high school drama, to signing day drama, to USC drama, to UM drama, Pro Day drama....

I think you have to TRY to ruin your future as much as this kid has done.

From #1 HS prospect to UDFA at this point.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, NFL teams were notified that Henderson tested positive for marijuana at the Scouting Combine.

Now, setting aside the legality or wisdom of smoking marijuana, as many of our readers live in Colorado, it was still horrible timing for Henderson.

Put simply, you know you’re going to be tested at the Combine, well in advance. So doing something that puts you in jeopardy of failing that test means either you don’t care or you don’t think you’ll get caught, neither of which is a good impression to make on prospective employers.

Henderson also didn’t finish his pro day workout, though his agent said he was sick.

But with three suspension at Miami, including one for marijuana use, a lot of teams are going to be very wary of Henderson, even more than they were before.
