It seemed like at first Ross was looking to find a way to keep Sparano. Now it seems like Ross is looking to find a way to fire Sparano. It almost seems like Ross knows what type of buffoon he's dealing with. I guess one look at Sparano' side-line theatrics would lead one to conclude that.
