Derek Cox would be ranked much higher if he were reliable. He's a talented cornerback, but he's missed 14 games in the past two seasons. The Jaguars have to be so frustrated with his inability to stay healthy. If he can stay healthy he is better than S Smith and will come cheaper.

Best name in free agency, also my son's name so maybe a little bias here. Returned both of his 2012 INTs for TDs. Has the tools and may become a quality CB with some quality coaching. Special Teams help. :idk:

1> DE Barkevious Mingo (LSU)
While Mingo might be a bit raw considering he's only started five collegiate games, he is perfectly built for today's frenzied pass rush. He is a long-armed, explosive athlete who plays with surprising power despite his lack of ideal weight. While a bit inconsistent at the snap, when he times it right Mingo can explode off the ball past the tackle, using a good shoulder dip and surprisingly powerful hands to rip through contact and take the corner. What is exciting about Mingo is that he's not just a physical freak but a surprisingly instinctive, technically refined football player. Mingo's use of his arms and hands belie his experience. He uses them well to keep distance between himself and the tackle and has a natural feel for pass rushing, showing good lateral agility, flexibility and creativity with his fakes to get the bigger man leaning. He has a very good spin move that he likes to use against interior offensive linemen when stunting back inside. He locates the ball quickly, shows good vision and balance to get to the action and closes with a pop.
Mingo may lack the size of a traditional 4-3 defensive end but with teams becoming increasingly interested in hybrid defenders who can play multiple roles, his weight isn't likely to be a problem. The NFL loves pass rushers and therefore they'll love Mingo. He just might be the best pass rusher in the country.
2a> WR Quinten Patton (LTech)
Patton played really well this season with 104 receptions for 1,392 yards and 13 touchdowns.
Senior Bowl: Perhaps the most impressive receiver overall this week, at least in my eyes. Patton showed impressive foot quickness in cone drills, surprised with quick cuts in drills and on the practice field, and has a toughness in traffic that could see him as a #1 receiver in the right system. The lack of that extra gear may drop him on some draft boards, but if you want a great overall receiver who can do just about anything -- especially at the intermediate level -- you won't do much better in this draft class.
2b> CB Jordan Poyer (OS)
Poyer has played really well as a senior. He had a great start against Wisconsin. Poyer had three tackles, a sack, a forced fumble and a pass broken up to help the Beavers upset the Badgers. He had three interceptions against Washington State.
3a> S Bacarri Rambo (GA)
In nine games, Rambo has totaled 67 tackles, three interceptions, one sack and three forced fumble. He had an impressive game against Florida with a sack and interception. Rambo played well against Georgia Tech and Alabama. He is a first-round talent, but the off-the-field issues knock him to Day 2.
3b> TE Travis Kelce (CIN)
Kelce had a productive career at Cincinnati. The senior caught 45 passes for 722 yards with eight touchdowns in 2012. Reliable, can get down field, and creates yac, even threw a TD.
4> OG Omoregie Uzzi (GTech)
Uzzi played well against Virginia Tech in the opening game, and then did well against Virginia, Florida State and USC. He has excellent mobility and would be a perfect fit for a zone-blocking system. Some teams in the NFL will want to move him to center, which could be a good fit.
5> DE David Bass (MW)
6'5 275lbs rSr -When scouts started showing up at MWS to scout 2011 kicker prospect Greg Zuerlein, the secret of Griffon DE David Bass was exposed. He has tremendous size, including arms that seem to hang all the way to the ground. He's a super productive defender who honors his deceased father before, during and after every game. He seems grateful for his opportunity to play at the next level and I fully expect him to embrace it and produce

Klein has 98 tackles, 2.5 tackles for a loss, one sack, one pass broken up and an interception returned 87 yards for a touchdown this season. He had 116 tackles, 7.5 tackles for a loss, six passes broken up, two sacks and an interception in 2011.
7a> WR Tavarres King (GA)
King had 42 receptions for 950 yards and eight touchdowns in 2012. 4.4 proj 40 time, possible future deep threat.
7b> QB Jordan Rodgers (Vand)
Rodgers had some good moments as Vanderbilt won nine games this year. The senior completed 60 percent of his passes for 2,539 yards, 15 touchdowns and five interceptions.
The younger brother of Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, Jordan Rodgers is a sleeper prospect despite the superstar status of his big brother.
