i think your dreaming with those trades and i say we keep seau he is still awesome and gives such a lift to the defence with his attitude

I dont think Taylor could play DE in the 3-4. You need to be a bigger guy who can stop the run. I could be wrong, but it doesnt seem like Taylor is built for the 3-4

Well, how does it all look?

How many teams trade almost everyone they don't want? This isn't Madden...

Wilkerson isn't going in the 4th, Walter sucks, Jason Taylor isn't a DE in a 3-4, Shawne Merriman is a better OLB in the 3-4, and more then 1/2 of the drafts part start...

Taylor would only be a OLB in the 3-4. For example the Patriots two DE's are 310(Seymour) and 320 lbs.(Warren) Vince Wilfork the NT is 345 lbs. Willie McGinest the OLB is a whopping 272 lbs.

The logic that Taylor can play a DE in a 3-4 because he gets double teamed anyways in a 4-3 is flawed. If he played DE in a 3-4, he would consistently be taking on a tackle and a guard in-line - as well as a possible fullback. All would be much heavier and stronger than him. He gets doubled, yes, but its usually in open space by TEs and backs. There he can use his speed and leverage. In the other situation, he would be getting blocked in-line by much stronger players. He would get killed plus be ineffective.

Jeff Zgonina for a 3rd round pick??? Are you dreaming?
Corey Dillon, COREY DILLON went for a late 2nd round pick and you think an undersized, 35 year-old DT will go for just a little less?? Rick Spielman doesn't work in every front office fellas.

Some of those trades definately wouldn't happen and I really hope we dont take Fason with a first rounder.

Walter doesnt suck I bet you he will be good.

For a backup DE you have J.Haye.... is that Jovan Haye from Vandy? You dont have us drafting him and I guarentee you that he will be drafted.

How can you be bored in fantasyland?..... :roflmao: a 3rd for Jeff and a 5th for Konrad?JT on a 3-4? :shakeno:

Ozzy rules!!

JT is a great player but couldnt do much as a DE in a 3-4. Patrick Kerny tried 2 years ago if any of you remember and got ate up, he didnt stand a chance.

Would be an awesome pick! All the tools to be great! Just needs some coaching... I'd be thrilled if we got him... would be our QB for years to come.

Ya and Patrick Kerney is about 18 pounds heavier than J.T.

If J.T. ever played DE in a 3-4, the coach who made that move should be shot.

As for Z.T.

There's no way he can succeed in a 3-4. It's as simple as that.
