if you remember he did this in dallas too. He drafted Barber, Julius Jones, Tyson Thompson all in the same draft I think or maybe it was two in one and one in the other but nonetheless

HAHAAHA i must say if this wasn't Bill Parcells drafting, we'd all be freaking out wanting whoever it was fired. 2 running back picks when we had Kevin Smith sitting there in the 3rd. Just blows my mind.

Maybe Bill considers him to be one of the BPAs. I don't know. I would have rather him try and take a CB or WR. I understand that the team has to build from the inside out but we also need skill players on both sides of the ball. Our WR corps consist of Wilford, Ginn, and guys we cannot count on. Even Ginn is a 2nd year player who played under a horrible regime in his 1st year.

i wouldnt worry all to much, there are lots of players to be had on free agents. Plus what if that was there best player available, what if they didnt have a high Wideout on there board that they knew if they waited till after the draft they could get.

Generally I am happy with all our picks but instead of 2 def ends ,some cornerback help would have been nice! Not another tear watching Travis Daniels chasing receivers (from behind)all over the field!!!!!No secondary help for us in this draft.

well what if we had no one high on our board close to where we were picking in our need dept. i dont want them to draft a guy just because we need it, if he sux or no need to us why draft them. i rather get quality players no matter what position as long as they are good given the above situation i stated.

if they feel like hes the best prospect on the board and they know he will be a FB and they already know they want Reagan gone, then fine. but why are we going to any athletic running FB instead of a blocking FB?

personally i believe Reagan was good, not great last year. but hes still learning. off field incident sucks but i dont think i would cut him.

i would of rather taken another OL then a FB.

It's best not trying to figure it out now. Lets wait for training camp see what happens. let's not get to excited or depressed in April. We have a long way to go. This is just one step in the FO game plan which we don't have a copy of. If we did i'm sure these picks would make more sense. In Bill We Trust.........

guarantee you that BP doesn't think that Mauia is a reliable fullback, so he is bringing in some players to challenge him...

this offense is gonna be a run first offense, so stack the o-line bring in some running backs to back up Brown because Booker is gone and Williams you never know. BP probably sign some WR tomorrow with the undrafted becoming free agents.

I personally like Arrington from Michigan

    then its even more ridiculous.

because most likely we arent going to carry 5 backs including a FB.

i understand going by the board, but your being ignorant if you think you dont throw RB off your list at this point.

would you pick a RB if hes the best prospect on your board in the 7th?

btw, im sure hes going to be a FB.

well considering cobbs probly doesnt make the list and ricky is on the verge of being up insmoke for good, and ronnie is injured every year its not a bad idea of picking up kids from schools that have been very productive. If he picks another RB then i will be upset, but until that point happens he has done great IMO no matter what ya say. Well if your sure he's gonna be a FB and your sure this is a stupid move to draft rb's in any round then i am behind the eight ball the draft and you should take bill parcells place in the front office and win us 1. Cause you have lots of experience in putting together winning football teams....:rolleyes2:

I agree getting a runningback was a decent decision but why one of these guys. i mean would could have had hart who rushed for over 5000 yards in four years and fumbled i think 3 times and kevin smith who rushed for over 2000 yards this past season
