Currently the Bills defense is rated #7 in the nfl. But that stat is very misleading. If you go more in depth there are some ASTOUNDING results. The Bills have the
WORST run defense in the NFL. 32nd overall against the RUN!!
And just like the fins last year (if you can run on them, why would you throw) they are rated #1 against the pass. But the stats keep going on!
Teams have only attempted 70 passes against them this season!! That averages to 23 passes per game.

On the flip side no team has more run attempts against them than the bills and the jets. Currently they are allowing 174 rushing yards a game with an average of 5.3 per RUN!!!

All this comes down to is the bills are in trouble! Their D was over rated and their O needs Viagra! Add to that the takeo spikes injury and it starts to get scary! It's a good day to be a FIN!

what makes that stat more crazy is that the texans didn't do anything on the ground to them in week 1... but in the past 2 weeks they got ****ted on in the run game...

If you consider points allowed, then Indy gets it.

I think the loss of Spikes is really going to hurt them. I also felt the loss of Pat Williams in the offseason was going to hurt them as well. I think they're run defense is in real trouble. And you're right -- why pass when you can run all over them?
