The Buffalo Bills have announced the signing of rookie DE Chris Kelsay to a contract, according to BuffaloBills.com. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Kelsay was the team's second-round selection this year.

Updating previous reports, according to Kevin Oklobzija, of the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle, an expert surgeon said Buffalo Bills RB Willis McGahee (knee) should not return until October, about nine months after he tore three ligaments in his knee. "One ligament is seven months (to recover). Multiple ligaments are nine months. That's protocol (at University Sports Medicine) and it's a published protocol," Dr. Robert Bronstein said. Even if he is able to play, NFL trainers expect it to take 18 months to fully recover.

yup...all but Willis Mcgahee are signed...and i dont think we're really worried about Willis holding out:lol:
