I am not a big basketball fan. Not in the least, but I do love logos. When I was growing up I always had a soft spot for the Hornets because I always liked their logo. I was rather sad to see that New Orleans ditched it in favor of the Pelicans (which I think is a really lame mascot). Anyway, earlier this year the Bobcats announced they would be switching back to the Hornets name along with the original colors. Today they unveiled the revised Hornets logo. They actually have seven different logos. You can check them all out here. The new uniforms will be unveiled sometime before the NBA draft.

Here is the new primary logo (I really like this one)

And here is the revised original logo. This one will serve as their secondary logo

I just saw this and was about to post it. I like it. The Bobcats name/logo is lame.

Pretty cool. Maybe they can make the playoffs at 15 game below .500.

With how bad the Eastern conference is, they probably will.

It would be pretty funny if they finished 30-52 and won the Eastern Conference.

It would be. There is a good chance that the 7 and 8 seeds will have around 34-38 wins when the 8 seed in the Western Conference will have around 45 wins.

Pretty funny how Orlando, who is 10-27, is only 5 games out of the 8 seed.

That right there proves how poor the Eastern Conference is this year. Wow.

I think Dallas, Phoenix, Houston and Denver should transfer to the Eastern Conference to balance things out a bit.
