I think he'd have a good shot at making the roster as a Punt/Kick returner, especially if Philbin decides to keep 6 receivers.

Rainey was a regular at the Florida gym basketball courts and was as obnoxious and violent an ******* as could be imagined, picking fights over the smallest of things, having to pulled off of people by the Pouncey twins (who often accompanied him). I know of at least one incident where the cops had to be called.

Combine this with the "time to die" text he sent to a girlfriend and one draws a very clear picture of a utter psychopath. I wouldn't touch the guy with a 10 foot cattle prod.
