If Cox drops to Miami and Carolina REALLY wants him like the rumors say, i'd make them trade up 1 spot for him or tell them they risk losing him if Miami trades out to Philly or something else.

With Jacksonville moving up, it now makes Miami's spot a key pick for trades....be it Philly (Cox) or Dallas and others (Barron)
