Tannehill has been statistically better than Flacco last two seasons so there is an argument to be made.

I don't think the "Who is Better?" conversation matters when it comes to Cutler vs. Tannehill. RT is injured and Cutler is the starter; barring a career year from Cutler, Tannehill is the starter in 2018.
