D needs to hit the sleds

So we know our nickle CB is trash as well as Carrol. But the entire D couldn't tackle for ****. Dansby and Burnett played like absolute clowns. It was almost as if the entire team did not practice in pads during TC. A top D plays with swagger and hits people....I have no doubt that will improve, but they were not ready for contact tonight.

You may not have heard about the further pussification of the NFL, that there can only be 14 (yes, fourteen) practices in pads.

The players wanted easier practices and to be able to go with light hitting.....some (like our D) are seeing at what cost

Our tackling was abysmal. Most hilarious play of the night was when Sappy tried to launch himself at Gronkowski......and he just bounced off of him and fell. No sense trying to wrap a guy up inside the 10 yard line.

Burnett and Dansby did not make a single play between them.

Oh, and good thing the Pats signed Brian Waters, and the Ravens signed Bryant McKinnie & Andre Gurode, because our offensive line looked awesome tonight. Wow. Colombo, Carey, and Incognito were disgraceful.
