The Seahawks have said that they will activate Dion Jordan for their thursday night game at Arizona. He has not played a game since 2014.

Pete Carroll has been very happy with his work ethic and commitment to their team. The Hawks have always been good at working through tough personality issues with these types of players.

Part of me could care less.........but the other part is curious to watch what happens.

I hope he showcases what made him a top pick. Philbin and the rise of Vernon really screwed up his development...They should name a strain of weed after Philbin.

As a Miami fan, I hope he doesn't do jack **** for the Seahawks Thursday night nor the length of his time with the team, shake my head when I hear the name Dion Jordan.

As a human being, I actually hope he does show some promise and progress for a few reasons.. Typically the life of an player in any sports that is labeled a bust after awhile quickly turns into a bust in life in their actions based upon that(i.e. Ryan Leaf even though he was a bit off his rocker before Chargers), plus him showing promise may give Ross a look at how poorly the overall franchise(mainly medical staff) handled him via draft and how they treated him medically, and hopefully it keeps everybody from that coaching staff that was part of Dion's time with the Dolphins from ever landing a nice paying gig in the league again!

It’s horrible of me to say, but I’m still bitter and I hope their Dion Jordan experiment fails miserably.

Good for him, Everyone deserves a second chance, or third, or fourth. Good to see the guy got his life back together though.

That's got to be the most ignorant thing anyone could say..

You really need to take this football thing less serious.

When he played for the Dolphins, he was the only one who could cover Gronkowski

It makes me sick to see people blessed with physical gifts the way Jordan was, but piss it all away because they are lazy.

Remember when Vontae Davis made that bold statement that he and Sean Smith were the best CB tandem in the league????
Do you remember what Revis told him???

Well.... GO WATCH SOME TAPES and get back to me with your unfounded sarcasm remarks!!!!

Which wish nothing bad on him but I don't think we'll see him do much other than run down the field on Specials.

I'm sure seattle will see the same results out of this bum that we did and if not good for them. He never deserved to be picked that high and should have been cut along time ago

No matter what we made right decision on Jordan you cannot wait 7 years for a top draft pick to develop and he is not suddenly going to be a stud. He had one sack which is already equal to his output per season here.
He is was not , is not and never will be an elite NFL player . Odds are he never will be an average one

I oppologise. Going by your point Bench....yes it's a shame but I just listened to that game and the booth said that Jordan hasnt played an NFL game for 35mths. If that was a physical injury then yes. It wasn't. It was between the ears. Inexcusable in my book.

We've had a string of hardheaded rookie coaches with that "my way or the highway" approach. Unfortunately, we've had a long string of gifted players that took the highway.

This guys future performance is a matter of total indifference to me. All he has earned is my total distain.

As far as I am concerned, there is nothing about him worth mentioning, unless he is on a team we are playing against. Even then it would only be for that game, and with no more emphasis on him than on any other player on any other team we play.

Jordan was inactive today with a neck injury.

    Just FYI.
