with the signing of Mike Wallace, I wouldn't be the least bit suprised that Hartline's numbers of 74 catches, 1083 yards, and 1 TD look a lot closer to 82 catches 1150 yards 8 TDs in 2013. Hartline may finish the season with more receptions than Wallace with Hartline being the possesion receiver and Wallace being the deep threat. I think Wallace is one of the top 10 WRs in the NFL, and for all the Hartline doubters, he had more yards than any player to ever play for the Dolphins- 253 yards V Arizona. He had literally no off-season as he suffered from a calf injury, and had an appendectomy which at one point caused him to lose 30 lbs. He did not practice in Mini Camp or OTAs. Just the last week of training camp. We also have an emerging QB in an offense which is going to throw the ball A LOT more in 2013. Yes, he only had 1 TD, but Andre Johnson had 38 more receptions than Hartline and only scored 4 times. Below I am providing links to videos not done by myself. Footage of a Hartline highlight tape, and every target and reception he made in 2012, broken down into 3 videos.

Hartline having a legitimate #1 caliber receiver opposite of him is going to reduce his targets. I don't see how you can expect his yards or receptions to go up, unless we're simply not throwing to a receiver we're paying $10M or more per year to.

He could score more TDs, but that's not exactly a high bar to jump.
