Maybe be true, but inconsistent play is a sign that its starting to leave and Farve has been inconsistent.jhawk said:
Just like with Marino. Some weeks he would look great and give you the idea he still had it, but then an ugly week or two would happen and a play that would make you think WTF.

Farve has age catching up with him...and with all he has now in his life, it's getting less fun to play the game...I wouldn't be shocked if he retires and just walks away....and thats good for the Dolphins.

Great players find a way to win under adverscity. Granted one, maybe two INT's were bc of the reciever running the wrong route, but he threw one pass into no man's land that was picked off. The other one was a floater that Chapman had to wait under for about 2 seconds that was picked off. Oh and don't forget the play that cost the Pack the game when he could have dove for a TD, or at the very least a first down to cut it to a 7 point lead going into the half, but instead of taking the hit, he throws a ridiculous pass 4 yards past the line of scrimmage. That's one of the biggest boneheaded plays i've ever seen. Bottomline: He is not clutch anymore...6 INTs a couple years ago at St. Louis in the playoffs, last year's hail mary to the Eagle defender, this year's 4 INT debacle. He is like most great QB's toward the end of their careers-still playing off reputation and what he once did, not what he can still do.jhawk said:
