Dont get why this is being portayed like it would be a new development?
Excellent query. Thus far, I've been constructing my "pony keg" for a quarter century.
Hmmm ... Normally I'm too drunk to remember much.
I do recall after the blizzard game in Pittsburgh a couple years ago there was this obnoxious, drunken moron who was ecstatically belting out the Dolphins fight song the entire way out of the stadium. He somehow didn't get hit with the first snowball until the parking lot.
I wonder who that drunk could've been?
Fights were the norm in the 80s and 90s. If you didn't see one about every quarter it was rare. Things have cooled off since the text if you see an idiot policy started. I once saw a grown man walking around parking lot in full Dolphins uniform, helmet, pads, cleats and all, asking people if they wanted to trade football cards. I also got to witness the Henrik Dolphins win, celebratory dance last year. It's kind of like the Fred Flinstone just bowled a strike dance, glorious.
Damn now that is something I would pay to see!!
Yeah I've definitely had snowballs thrown at me in buffalo. Im all for having fun an talkin a little smack but some people just go way too far
Never anything too wild at the actual game. Minor fights and stuff. I have had interesting adventures on the tri-rail after games though. Tri-rail at night is...interesting.
I get both. I might need a spare one.
Too many fights....
One thing which will always be a memory:
It was a Jets home game in 94 or 93. September game. We won that game big time. Two rows down were a couple Jets fan who drank all game long. When the one guy started gagging like he was throwing up his friend turned him away and the guy barfed 2 rows down. Not much though. His friend hilariously laughing thinking he escaped the mess did not realize that his friend now laughing as well turned towards him and .... gave him a nice load of all the drinks and food he had....not just once and not just twice but three times....two short ones and one long one with the longest one coming last. The guy was drenched from top to bottom and thankfully he had a white jersey so we could all see the difference. Think the story ends here? Nope. The guy who barfed must have **** himself because while they were escorted out you could see the brown streak down his legs.
Wish cell phones were available back then. It would have been record breaking in YouTube.
The Fins truly beat the **** out of the Jets that game!
Oh yes. I didn't remember the score yesterday so I had to look it up last night after I posted it. Yeah we were up by 21 in the 4th already. It was the year of the 'clock play'.
Oh good times.
Is it ok to geek out in here? @DisturbedShifty marvel or DC and why?
@nick1 As a kid, Marvel. As an adult, DC. All time favorite superhero though is Spawn.
Interesting I don't know much about Spawn. I saw the movie which seems like it was forever ago. Is that an accurate interpretation?
Nooo. Not at all. If you want to see a closer adaptation look for the animated series from HBO. Adult cartoon. Cussing and tits galore.
Matter of fact. Here's a picture of some of my spawn figures.
What a geek
You have no idea..
If there was ever another hero outside of Deadpool who deserves a rated R flix it was Spwan. That movie was a terrible interpretation of the comics. I'd love to see it redone the proper way.
Todd McFarlane is shopping around a script he wrote right now. The way he is talking it is much more like the animated series where you don't really see Spawn straight on. He lurks in the shadows and you only see parts of the costume. Because of that it is going to be more horror/thriller type of movie.
Did you ever get that foot fetish obsession under control?
Does anyone exist who's ever said anything bad about you?
(and if so, can you elaborate?)
You've obviously never met my wife or ex-wife! @phins_4_ever , @Sons Of Shula, and @Spesh want to throw rocks at me at least a couple times a month. However, I do try really hard not to be an A-hole and succeed most of the time.
@Buddy let's all guess his heritage! Lmfao. Sometimes I wish certain staff conversations could be made public!! Buddy's heritage debate in a staff thread is one of them hahahhaahhaahahaahahahahahaa.
I have truly laughed my *** off at the assumptions about my ethnicity. @GoonBoss and @TheWalrus can't let the cat out of the bag.
I try to throw boulders but they bounce off you like pebbles. I consider you a good man despite our differences. And no need bothering to return the kind words, I'm well aware that I am an unstable *******. LOL
My bipolar inclinations stem from my former profession. Much like this guy.
I could totally see that! Hahaha
You are still my boy Blue!
What does the fox say?
Despite what the song says, the Fantastic Mr. Fox said, "I understand what your saying, and your comments are valuable, but I'm going to ignore your advice." He would fit right in at the POFO!
This thread is an epic fail.
Doesn't a fox bark?
You're both wrong. The fox says ding-ding-ding-dingdingding
I refuse to validate that songs existence
I like to leave some things left to imagination but I will say, I can't pass up a jukebox without playing the hokey pokey song.
This is the big one?
@Buddy do you wear boots and a cowboy hat everywhere? Thats how I imagine you
I do wear boots a lot but not cowboy hats. I'm probably far more eclectic than you might imagine. Everything from Sapphire Lounge (bowling shirt/Guy Fierri style) to Bugachi Uomo (Italian dress shirt) in my closet. Not much for western shirts or cowboy hats but I do like my boots. I probably wear dress shirts (Robert Graham, Thomas Dean, Paul Frederick, etc.) and Tommy Bahama shirts with khakis or jeans more than anything. I'm a redneck with a bit of style. Oh yeah, I wear pink and purple a lot too...go figure.
