He's a moron. Fake punt on your own 25 yard line? Really? It's insane how stupid that is. But when we get in the red zone inside the five he'll never go for it? We only won this game because our defense played great. Reshad Jones looked promising. Our offense and coaches however would've blown had it not been for Thigpen and the defense. Fire Sparano and Henning and just make Mike Nolan the HC. Simple. Please, Stephen Ross, please!!!!!
 
And hire who to run the team in the interim?

Who fires coordinators in the middle of the year? You can't change an offense mid-season, that is plain silly. Here's one for the stat guys, Has a team ever fired an offensive coordinator mid-season and made the playoffs in the NFL?
 
This isn't hockey, where a mid-season coaching change can be the springboard to a playoff berth.
 
Love these Miami Dolphins fans......after the biggest win of the season, after losing 2 QB against a team who was 5-3 coming into the game off a bye and the only thing you can come away from this game is fire the HC and OC? wow....either this board is full of trolls from NY and NE or we have the worst fans in the country.....
 
We win DESPITE Sparano, not because of him. That is the point. We win because our talent wins with ****ty coaching. If we get a real coach and OC then we are where we want to be. Listen to what the other teams are saying and other players and coaches. Our offense could be great instead of ok. Yes, I watched the game and every game before it for the last 20 something years. He makes bad decisions over and over and Henning's offense sucks. It's like Wannstedt all over again. He's in over his head! Why keep him? Trim the fat like you did by cutting Jason Allen. Lose the parts of the organization that hold it back and keep the positives. That is how you win! Yes we won today, but I want to go into every game with a chance to win. A confidence. Long term. Not one win.
