Blow this **** up! Shades of Cam Cameron and John Beck out there. This team has no playmakers, no heart, and no ****ing clue. Ross, get someone in here who knows what they're doing or you're going to become a second thought to Miami fans.

hold on bro...you wanted henne out...look at what we've gotten...a guy on ir after 2 damn snaps who's shoulder has been rebuilt 3 damn times and a qb who i wouldn't let take snaps in a backyard game

but i agree fire them all...and get penny off this damn roster asap

the injury excuse is already building steam. funny, last week Tony was a great HC able to motivate in spite of injuries, now the injuries are an excuse for tonight. how convenient.

    Oh the irony, nice grammar.

I suggest Cowher for coach. For OC, I wouldn't mind Norv if he gets fired. Keep Nolan around.

    Yep. Sparano is awful.

There are guys like Vick scoring 6 TDs in a game and this ****ty team struggles to score 1 TD game after game. It's ****ing pathetic. 10 points against Baltimore. 0 against Chicago. 15 against Buffalo. 14 against Minnesota. It's ****ing time to cut the fat (coach) and start fresh with a new, modern philosophy.

We need a big time, big name coach with a prooven system. I would take Bill Cowher, Brian Billick, or John Gruden. All 3 are superbowl winners which gives you some hope. I have no hope at this point.

I think one of the issues this franchise has had is that they've selected coaches and GMs that have been too conservative. Wannstedt never drafted for offense, never drafted a QB, had a shot at Reggie Wayne and Anquan Boldin and passes, and countless other failures on offense. Cameron was just an idiot. Saban wasn't here long enough but he went mostly defense as well and traded for 2 QBs, Culpepper and Harrington but never drafted one. Sparano...really Ireland and Parcells have been playing it safe in the draft for 3 years.

I don't care who we get just make sure he's aggressive. Aggressive on defense, aggressive on offense, aggressive in his game plans, aggressive in the draft....aggressive. I want someone who wants to dominate not win by a FG.

I'm not onboard with Gruden and I wonder how good Cowher is without LeBeau as his defense coordinator. LeBeau has made Mike Tomlin look pretty darn good...seems to be the common link there.

Billick showed interest in being Buffalo's HC last year. If hes desperate enough to sign with them he will most certainly sign with us.

Gruden. He took a weak Buccs team to a championship. I think he has that coaching fire back in him and he's young. Just flash some money at him. As for OC, ANYBODY is better than Henning. I'd rather have that ex bills coach moron Mularky calling this offense.

Fire Thigpen while you are at it. I know our line is beat up, but he cannot put the ball in right place if his life depended on it. I know why KC let him go and he is 3rd string here. I would rather have Sage Rosenfels.

We might go 6-10 at this rate. Pats, NYJ, and Oakland on the road... Buffalo is tough. Cleveland is tough. Detroit is tough... There are no gimmes. This is awful.

Im usually 100% against losing to get a higher draft pick but at this point I don't know that it would be all that bad. We need to consider using a high draft pick on someone like luck, locker or mallet

Mike Mularkey seems to be doing quite for himself now that he has Matt Ryan pulling the trigger for him in Atlanta...

Same for Cam Cameron in Baltimore... they both have quarterbacks... Cam was brilliant when he had a QB in San Diego before he ever came here, which is how he got a shot at a head coaching job in the first place...

Mularkey suffered from the same thing in Miami that this offense is suffering from now... lack of a legitimate quarterback, and lack of competence from the front office down is WHY they don't have one..

I have been a staunch sparano supporter however
in sports I believe you must show progress year to year

we are experiencing a regression & the injury bug won't work
in this case because it started after the decission to bench
    henne

tony you said it best "they eat the weak & praise the strong"

Tony my friend you will soon be consumed by mr Ross

Precisely. Where is the progress? I've been asking this for a while. It's not there. This team has regressed.

The offensive line is garbage. Mr. "OL coach" himself still can't get this line right. It looks pathetic. You have 1 solid linemen at LT and that's it.

**** this, Ross better make moves or that stadium will get emptier and emptier every week.
