I am DEATHLY afraid of what Ross will do once Ireland and Sparano are gone. I have a bad feeling that we will be LONGING for the days of Sparano and Ireland 3 years into the whatever regime Ross chooses next...

Exactly. A superior QB can carry a horrible GM and Coach(see the Colts).

And I'll never be longing for Sparano and Ireland. Ever. They blow. They both REALLY blow. We all saw this many years ago. What do you expect us to be missing? The fistpumps? The cornfed linemen picks? The mediocre seasons? What exactly will you be missing?
