many. but it is almost impossible anyway. and prepare to get eaten alive by all the pretentious "realists" on here.
Not that I even really want them to make the playoffs at this point, I just wanted to see if its still possible.
Win out and hope is the only way. Too early for calculations at this point, but winning out gets you to 9-7 and would include four division wins.
I suppose the Jets, Pats and Bills team jets could all crash before week 17. Its possible.
It's a legitimate (albeit unlikely) question. Let's keep this flame free.
There is also a chance of bumping into Kim kardashian and getting married to her. Then you get a wedding gift of a 3some with her and scarlet johansen. Hell it can happen right.
We win two games and we're asking if we could get into the playoffs? Get real.
Unlikely doesnt even begin to accurately describe it.
like all have said above me. . . Plausible however very unlikely. Lots of help needed.
The only way(best way) i could envision it is to win out(thatss a must, one loss and its over) and hope that New england Buffalo and NYJ all split whatever remaining games and lose enough to get them all to 9-7 or worse. I dont think wild card is an option wed have to win the divison.
Really hurt ourselves. The Giants Browns and Denver game all very winnable and we lost at the end. If not for those games we could be 5-4 . .
Yes. Plenty of teams have made the playoffs with a 9-7 record. Last year, the Seahawks even made the playoffs with a losing record (7-9).
we would need to win out and need alot of teams to lose
There is a better chance of going 2-14 than 9-7 to make the playoffs.
My bad, forgot we played in the NFC West.
Kim Kardashian before or after she bangs the NBA and NFL???
I THINK I'LL PASS EITHER WAY
And it might take 12 to 13 to win it this year the way SF is playing.
Start of next season.
Our conference losses will keep us out. Those losses to Houston, Cleveland and San Diego did us in.
I would rather bury the pipe into Flo the progressive girl
This team is 2-7. i mean...
:lol2: You better get a safe diver discount or something for that. She scares me somehow.
Cant believe nobody posted it yet
Sure ... in the Bizarro World where Homer's are always right & silly questions aren't stupid. Dolphins are Top 3 & headed to the Bizarro World Super Bowl.
They serve free Bottled Beer in 42s ... and Bizzarro thread folks are rewarded with free sideline passes & must wear Tony Sparano masks.
The question isn't bizarro, just 6 weeks premature in the best case scenario. Cut the guy some slack.
The Fins will lose a couple more games at the very least so it is a moot point.
The question is no worse than projecting 0-16 and getting all perked up about a draft that is 6 months from now.
They'd need the Jets or Pats to lose 4 more, the Bengals, Steelers, or Ravens to lose 4 more, Tennessee at least 3 more, and the entire AFC West to lose at least 2 more.
Oh and the Phins need to finish 9-7.
So yes....but no.
not many that don't involve plane crashes.
Hit it and split if you were really curious
Why even ask such a worthless pointless question? Of course it's mathematically possible but there is not a change in hell. They would have to win out for one, which will not happen. Plus, a lot of other teams would have to lose almost every remaining game.
Did you just post this to add to your post count or what?
They will never make the playoffs ever again.... never. (at least this is what it feels like)
it they win 9 games i will need medication
How many minutes after the game was it Tyler? Did it hit my 5 minute mark?
You were off by about 2 hours. Pretty surprising actually. I was kinda expecting one of these before the game was even over.
Well, we do have a good shot at going to the playoffs. After we draft a QB and get a real coach.
She is a skank, i will pass also
Remember what the doormouse said. " FEED YOUR HEAD "
So this team, which was the worst in the NFL for 7 week, now looks playoff ready?
It's a shame because the AFC definitely seems kind of down this year. Had the Dolphins had at least the mediocre season I expected them to, 8 wins or so, they would have been right there.
Obviously this team has talent. Obviously this team has under achieved. And many of knew that this wasn't the worst team in football, albeit they were the most frustrating. But they aren't a playoff team either. Even if some of the late game debacles had gone their way. They are still a team in need of a leadership change.
Dindk Dink. Congrats on being the fist flamer on this thread. For that you have just won.._________________e
Miami wins its 7 remaining games and some things fall into place and Miami is playoff bound ready to surprise the world.
Meanwhile, user tylerdolphin misses this entire development because he strikes oil in his backyard, leading to untold riches which he uses to travel the world, slay hot foreign broads and wrestle tigers in Africa
Were you drunk or high when you typed this post? If you were sober than you just embarrassed the entire fan base by asking idiotic questions like this. I shouldn't have to explain this to you, but do you understand we just beat two of the worst teams in all of football. There was a reason a 1-7 team was favored by 4 pts. against Washington. They are horrific -- ever since that 3-1 start, other than Indy, they have been playing the worst football in the league. To be fair though, they have had A TON of injuries. If they were completely healthy than they would of easily have beaten us. As far as KC goes, they are just pathetic. They are the worst 4-5 team ever assembled ( they really should be 3-6 but Rivers game them the game). If you look at our remaining schedule, we will be lucky to win two more games.
