Is this the Greatest throw in NFL History?

I am being dead serious. I have never seen a throw like this in my life. And, imo, I believe Dan Marino is the only other QB that could have ever accomplished this feat, he just never had the opportunity.

Does nobody else have a better throw that they have seen in their life? Is this "IT"?

There has been countless of better throws per say, buy not too many more any luckier.
