    kind of surprised by this. he might have been the first QB taken - and washington won't be all that great - so why come back? it's not that i don't support athletes finishing their education - but i thought for sure he'd come out. huh.

    I thought it was a strange decision myself. Maybe he thinks they'll have a better team next year?

    I guess he did not learn from: Leinart, Bradford, Quinn, Taylor Mays, George Selvie and the others who lost millions of dollars by making the wrong decision of staying. IMO if your the top prospect at your position in the draft it's the wrong decision. Now if I was someone like Ryan Mallet who is projected to be like the 4-5 QB taken then I would stay. Locker probably lost at least $15 million at least.

    sure he should come out......who wouldn't want to play for Rams, Bucs or Browns.....unless it's the great Raiders
