First and Foremost, He is a really interesting guy! Label me Impressed...

Football related and I'm sure with this Coaching staff, he really has the perfect mindset about the football-side and Business-side of the sport. His basic philosophy is "Shut up and do your job! COMPLETELY" their can't be more than one voice! If so, there will be problems and that ultimate vision is in jeopardy!

Beyond Football:
Mr. Odrick has interest apparently in Acting and Production! Specifically, he talks about being very curious and asking lots of questions about the video and technical aspects of HardKnocks. In addition he has created a special look that he hopes will get him recognized for a possible role in the HBO hit series, "Game of Thrones!!!"
