The Dolphins "remain hopeful" they can re-sign free agent LT Jake Long.
Long's Rams "deal" is getting less and less "done," it would appear. The Rams are still in the driver's seat, but what they turn up in Long's Wednesday physical will be critical. If they find something not to their liking, Long's only real choice may be to head back to Miami on a team-friendly offer.

McKinnie a few years ago I would want. After the last couple, he would be a much bigger question mark than solution than Long. I'm still hoping for Winston or another RT to shore up our line.
