Miami Dolphins to hold Monday night practice at Sun Life

The Miami Dolphins will hold an open workout for fans on Monday night under the lights at Sun Life Stadium.

Details are still being worked out, but the practice will be free and open to the public. The time as yet to be determined.

The Dolphins are expected to begin training camp on Thursday. Coach Tony Sparano and Dolphins General Manager Jeff Ireland are working to finalize a practice schedule.

I try and go every year they have one there. They usually get cancelled cause lightening in the area.
