It’s no secret the Miami Dolphins have talent, despite the team’s 0-3 start. The real secret is the fact the team isn’t performing at its talent level. Everyone’s searching for a reason why. Most say coaching, but I suspect it has a lot to do with the team’s lack of chemistry.And this problem isn’t just one side of the ball. The harmony needed to have success on Sundays is a problem on offense and defense. It flares up at the worst moments: red zone time for the offense, and game saving time for the defense.The TEAM is trying to address the issue by bonding, and receiver Brandon Marshall kicked off the festivities Thursday night when he hosted a dinner for the offensive players and their significant others at his home.“In the tough times the families and teams who stay together, and embrace the trail makes it out better than before,” Marshall wrote on his twitter account ( @BMarshall19 ) around 11 p.m. last night.Tony Sparano’s taking the team to San Diego today, a day earlier than regular road games, with the intent of the West Coast trip serving as a bonding moment for the club.It should be interesting to see if all this togetherness will build some on-field harmony.http://blogs.sun-sentinel.com/sport...sweblog+(Miami+Dolphins+|+Sun-Sentinel+Blogs)

How many other teams have two guys in civvies on Wed, start for them on Sunday???? Ireland's absolute embarrassment of a philosophy of 'churning the bottom of the roster' is a chemistry killer. For us this is a weekly thing... Guys in, guys out... This constant revolving door of retreads from other teams and the Dallas 'pipeline' is a joke. Where does chemistry come from if you have never even met the guy next to you on Sunday?

This regime is horrible at a lot of things... But nothing trumps how bad they are at making assessments of 'talent'.
