according to ESPNNEWS it is now official.

Good move for Dantonio. No matter how what, he'd never make Cincy into a great team like Schiano can do with Rutgers. Mainly because all the great players in Ohio will go to either Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, or USC (in the case of Fred Davis).

With Michigan State he can atleast compete for some top talent in Michigan, and he will always get above average talent, but maybe never elite.

I do not see Dantonio staying with MSU long though, if he has success, he'll get a much better job.

Would Norm Chow be considered for the USC HC job if Carroll were to get the Arizona HC job?

Interesting, even if it is just rumor.

Good for Danantonio. MSU is still a very tough gig... basketball school stuck with UM's leftovers.

I'd hate to see Shula go. It's still early IMO, especially after finishing so well last year and losing some solid skill players.
Gaily wouldn't be a bad choice. I'd love to see what he could do with the kind of players that Alabama can attract.
No way Beamer or Nutt leave. Nutt's been offered many times before. He finally has that team competing with the best of the SEC.
