Isn't Williams faced with a 4 game suspension if he loses his appeal. Well according to Mort he will not lose playing time either way. If this is true It really doesn't matter what happens with the appeal Ricky will play 16 games next season.

If he loses his appeal THEN he is gone for 4 games. If he wins however his slate is wiped clean and then next offense if it comes would be considered his first.

no, if he loses his appeal he is fined the amount of 4 games. It is his next offense that gets him suspended. According to John Clayton
