..... that you really want the Dolphins to draft.

I know it's the Super Bowl today, but I'm looking towards the draft.

I think the front office will pick a pass rusher in the 1st, but the one player I really want is DeAndre Hopkins.

    What about you guys?

Hopkins? Really? Idk he doesn't seem anything other than Hartline to me. Corradelle Patterson of the WRs. But Hopkins? Doesn't seem anymore shifty than Hartline. I'd pass on him.

i want the TE from ND.perhaps we can trade back a few spots pick up a 3rd or just may get lucky and get a 2nd.after we trade back we should grab him in the first i dont think he will be on the board when we pick in the 2nd.unless we trade back up into the first but i dont want to loose picks.so we should trade back a few spots then draft him

Hmmm for me it'd probably be Te'o, but I'd be happy with a variety of picks so it'd be hard for the Dolphins to mess up in my eyes. I'd be happy with Milliner, Banks, Keenan Allen, Jarvis Jones, Dion Jordan, or Tyler Eifert. If the Dolphins get any of these players, I'll be happy.

I'm starting to warm up to the idea of picking up a stud pass rusher to start opposite of Wake (the pass rush is New England's kryptonite), of whom I am hoping Barkevious Mingo is available at 12. I think we hit on WR in the 2nd round.

Werner or Moore if they drop. But watching Patterson play I would love that pick as well. Couple others to keep an eye on Vaccaro, Banks and Trufant. Our secondary is a mess and I'm not sure I'd sign Smith if I were GM. That would open up two spots for starting caliber corners.

Quinton Patton in the 2nd for sure. 1st round is hard to judge before free agency.

im going with a late round pick, i want us to take a shot at marcus lattimore depending on how late we can get him. i dont see a superbowl push in 2013 even though id love it, maybe a shot at wildcard and winning record. 2014 we'd be potentially set at RB with miller and latt, with potential wr additions in the draft and FA think we could be set there. nobody likes the idea, but stock up for the big run in 2014 while getting reasonably better in 2013.

Keenan Allen, unless someone who has no right falling to #12 (like Milliner) drops that far.

Like him better than Eifert. Add Eddie Lacy in 2nd and we're popping on offense.

Whoever we draft, we need playmakers who have speed.

Mingo hands down. If the Dolphins draft Werner I will be absolutely furious. I watched many tapes on Werner and was vastly underwhelmed with him. He has no motor whatsoever when the play is not in his hands. When he thinks he has a play, he will go 110%, but then once he is stuffed, or has the potential to chase a defender down and make the key tackle, he will give you 25%. He is not the type of player we need, he is VERY hot and cold. He missed a lot of potential tackles and sacks in the tapes I watched on him. Excellent pass rusher when he thinks he can make the play, but, as earlier stated, when he cannot make a play, he gives up on it. He does not even compare to Mingo, not saying you did try to compare him to Mingo, but I'm just stating. Watch Mingo and Damontre Moore, and see their pursuit and instincts of the ball, hell I seen Moore chase down a WR that runs a sub 4.4s 40 and chase him 50 yards downfield and make the tackle, he'll be a surefire Top 3-5 pick. Mingo Top 10-12. Wener I don't have more than a 2nd round grade on, BUT he will be taken Top 16 because of that 14 sack total.
