Next rule change: the allowable pressure tolerance for footballs is +- 2lbs.

But Belicheck gets too much credit. It is his right hand man Adams (mastermind of Spygate) who comes up with that stuff.
 
God forbid someone comes up with a creative play.
Punishing creativity is lame.
