As I was doing a search on player stats, I noticed on nfl.com that both Fasano and Brown were not on the team roster and Marshall was on the roster. That may be because they haven't signed their tenders, I'm not sure.

Im pretty sure its because they havent signed their tenders.

Ya, I believe it is because they have not signed their tenders yet. They are practicing with the team though after they signed a injury release.
