Fassel and Shurmur from outside. Tressman from inside. I like the list so far.
 
Throw Josh McDaniel's name out there as well. If he doesn't get the promotion to OC in New England, he might be a guy Nick looks at.
 
I like the thought of some one from philly coming in if AJ continues to impress. I think the OC is the single most importnat Position for us now since Nick is a Defensive guy.

I never said Norv was a great Head coach did I? but I certainly think he was HAMSTRUNG by Dave.

Stevens helped, but Jerry Sandusky called the plays early in Marino's career, and Dave Shula called the plays from aroudn 1986-1988.
