With the Miami Heat thin in the backcourt, guards Patrick Beverley and Kenny Hasbrouck are expected to see extended action in Tuesday's preseason game against CSKA Moscow at AmericanAirlines Arena.

Guard Dwayne Wade will miss his third straight game because of a sore hamstring. Heat coach Erik Spoelstra offered no update on Wade's condition, other than "he's getting better. He's making progress." The Heat will also be without guards Eddie House (shoulder) and Carlos Arroyo (groin) and center Jamaal Magloire (knee).

The Miami Heat will approach Tuesday's exhibition game against CSKA Moscow at AmericanAirlines Arena as if they were facing a team in the Eastern Conference. They want no part in the fallout that would occur should they lose.

Bosh was on the unfortunate end when the Toronto Raptors lost to Maccabi Tel Aviv in 2005. The Raptors were the first NBA team to lose to Maccabi in 27 years.
